Based in Louisville, Colorado, Chrysalis Consulting was founded in 2003 by its President, Karen Kralios. We offer balanced expertise—outstanding business experience enlightened by an organizational development perspective. Our principled yet unique solutions deliver significant improvements to clients’ operational and financial bottom lines.

Chrysalis Consulting takes pride in the quality of its consulting resources and works only with professionals who bring with them both content expertise and solid business experience. Team members join us with at least 10 years of experience in industry or the business consulting arena, and each has a masters degree or higher in their chosen fields.

Chrysalis Consulting President and Founder Karen Kralios
Karen Kralios is an organizational development consultant and executive coach. She specializes in organization design and strategy, culture transformation and change management.

Karen has over fifteen years of experience in consulting for such industry leaders as Deloitte & Touche and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). After being recruited by an international technology development firm, Karen developed a change management practice, as well as an integrated consulting delivery and project management methodology, for that firm’s public sector and energy clients. She has also served as the director of corporate communications for a start-up telecom company.

Karen earned a Masters in Business Administration in Organizational Behavior and Operations Management from Boston University and holds a BA in Psychology from Wellesley College. She is formally trained in mediation and negotiation and routinely works with teams and individuals to improve their communication, dynamics and influence with other parties. She is a member of the Organization Development Network and is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst.
